Net Zero construction, also known as Net Zero Carbon building, Zero-energy building, etc., is defined as a building that can generate enough energy to balance its energy consumption by measures such as using renewable energy sources, designing construction based on expected energy consumption, etc.

In Vietnam, Net Zero construction is not yet properly and widely understood, while the demand for energy consumption is increasing, especially in the construction industry. Therefore, promoting awareness and applications of Net Zero building is an issue of increasing concern.
