On March 9, 2026, the Vietnam Green Building Academy (VGBA) and GRESB B.V. (Netherlands) officially signed a Service Agreement, marking an important milestone in promoting ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards in Vietnam’s real estate sector.
Under the agreement, VGBA has been officially recognized as the sole and exclusive GRESB AP Training Partner in Vietnam. In this role, VGBA will be the only organization in the country authorized to deliver specialized training programs that prepare participants for the GRESB AP – Team Leader certification exam within the global GRESB system.

GRESB is a globally recognized independent organization headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
