As part of the INSEE Prize 2025, VILANDCO and the Vietnam Green Building Academy (VGBA) are honored to accompany the program by supporting the Top 5 finalist teams through a specialized training course on green buildings – the EDGE Expert Course.
This collaboration demonstrates the long-term commitment of VILANDCO and VGBA to the INSEE Prize, aiming to equip the Top 5 teams with in-depth knowledge and practical professional skills in the field of green building — nurturing a new generation of architects and engineers dedicated to sustainable development.
EDGE Expert Course – International Knowledge, Practical Application
Developed by IFC and delivered by VILANDCO & VGBA, the EDGE Expert Course provides foundational knowledge on green buildings and the EDGE certification system. The program emphasizes hands-on practice using the EDGE App and prepares participants for the International EDGE Expert Certification, helping them understand and apply global green building standards effectively in design, construction, and operation.
Knowledge gained from the course can be directly applied to academic projects and future professional practice.
Commitment to Developing a Green Workforce
The EDGE Expert training for the Top 5 INSEE Prize teams reflects VILANDCO and VGBA’s ongoing commitment to developing a green workforce for Vietnam’s construction industry, especially among students, young architects, and engineers — the future driving force of sustainable development.
